Apartman jako uredan i prostran. Okoliš zelen i uređen, ugodan za oko.
Terasa odlična, jedino nedostaje sjenilo ili okomita tenda sa južne strane koja bi je štitila do 13:00 sati za super vrućih mjeseci. Jer sada ne pomaže ni suncobran.
Aparman je vrlo topao i na udaru sunca, pa je u njemu sigurno ugodniji boravak izvan ljetnih mjeseci - preporuka.
U kuhinji sve 5, mogli bi dodati neku napu jer gosti sve više kuhaju.
