Positiv: Ausblick vom überdachten Balkon, schattiger Parkplatz für Auto.
Negativ: Mangelhafte Ausstattung der Küche, Klimaanlage nur zentral, nicht in den Schlafzimmern. Schlechte Dämmung, Lärmbelästigung durch die darüber liegende Ferienwohnung.
